3. Repairing and Reconditioning:

3.1. Repairing

Repair of ship’s equipment when the vessel is under cargo operations in the port;
Repair of steel constructions, hatch covers, cranes, refrigerating equipment, cargo securing systems, tubes, boilers, main engines and diesel generators, navigation and electrical equipment, welding painting works, etc.

General repair (dry docking) in any Ukrainian shipyards under our technical management.

3.2. Reconditioning

- oil pumps and bearings of turbochargers;
- elimination of movement blocks B&W diesel;
- grinding of crankshaft’s journals without disassembling of engine block;
- emergency repair damaged diesel parts having cranks, fractures by Metallock method;
- pistons upper and lower parts;
- cylinder’s heads;
- engine block’s cooling surfaces;
- exhaust valves’ heads;
- exhaust valves’ seats;

3.3. Emergency repairs

The most of following ideas and designes that were made by our staff are protected by inventor's certificates and registered in several European countries. Most of them don’t have any analogies in a world shiprepair practice and allow carrying out repairs during vessel operation:

- testing with a special equipment, recondition up to full service life oil pumps and turbchargers ball bearings, replacement – if needed;
- any kind of turbine rotors repairs, including bearing shafts, sealings and blading component with following balancing;
- turbochargers cases’ reconditioning which have waterleaking cracks. This work performes by cutting the damaged areas and following insert installation with a high temperature polymeric materials;
- repair of damaged cylinder blocks, crankcases, cylinder liners and other cast-iron diesel-engines equipment (including water-leaking cracks or knocked out parts) by the figure-shaped and force clamps without welding;
- polishing of the frame shaft journals and crankpins which have wear into repair sizes by the special polishing device. It is possible to polish the shaft journals without dismantling the crankshaft. A shaft journals which have cracks, dents and other defects can also be repaired basing on advanced performed calculations;
- liner fitting collars repair with strenghtening for cracks preventing;
- main and auxillary diesel engines reinstallation with a usage special polimer material;
- liner blocks support surfaces reconditioning, which have fretting damages;
- crankshaft bearing fitting surfaces reconditioning for cylinder block or crankcases up to normal dimensions

In case of shipowner request, the above mentioned works perform according to technical documentation and technology, which approved by Russian Maritime Register or society.any other classification .

Our staff has seamen’s passports, therefore will be able to arrange requested repairing works during veesel’s voyage.
